The 8th running of the Lisa Orsi Amazing Race took place on the 13th of May, and featured 15 teams – questions have to be asked how Liam O’Mahony ended up on a team with 4 women. The race saw the participants partake in various challenges (vegemite sandwiches were an unpopular challenge), across south-central Singapore. The race started in Colbar at 2pm and continued to take in local sites such as the Rail Corridor, One-North, Haw Par Villa and Holland Village before reaching the finish line at Muddy Murphys.
The race winners were The Teletubbies and the best dressed, as chosen by Lisa’s parents, were Navarro Cheer. A huge shout out to the many race marshals on the day and of course to Kym Tonkin, who put together the race and made sure everything went smoothly.
